Adani Green Energy Ltd is one of the large renewable energy companies in India. The value accretive acquisition boosts AGEL’s operational portfolio to 5.4 GW and its overall portfolio to 20.3 GW. The portfolio is almost equally split capacity wise between central and state government schemes. Adani Green Energy was incorporated on 23 January 2015 as a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) with an objective of dealing in any kind of power or electrical energy using coal lignite petroleum products or any other substances wind energy solar energy renewable energy wave energy tidal energy hydro energy thermal energy or any other form of energy. Any products or by products derived from any such business of energy and to set up power plants wind turbines power stations, hydel power station, solar energy systems, renewable energy systems or any other facility to generate power. The company has posted its Q4FY22 and year ended financial results today, the details are as below :

(I) Audited Consolidated Financial Results for Quarter Ended (YoY comparison):

The company has reported, a consolidated Total Income of ₹1,587 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2022 as against ₹1,082 crore in the corresponding quarter ended last year on Mar 31, 2021, increased by 46.67%.

The company has posted a consolidated Net Profit of ₹121 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2022 as against ₹105 crore in the corresponding quarter ended in last year on Mar 31, 2021. The PAT surges up by 5.24%.

The status of the EPS of the company stood at ₹0.58 as on March 31, 2022 compared to the previous quarter ended on Mar 31, 2021 which was ₹0.48, up by 20.83%.

The company has reported, a consolidated Total Income of ₹5,548 crore in the financial year ended on March 31, 2022 as against ₹3,520 crore for the financial year ended on Mar 31, 2021, increased by 57.61%.

The company has posted a consolidated Net Profit of ₹489 crore in the financial year ended on March 31, 2022 as against ₹210 crore for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021. The PAT surges up by 132.86%.

The status of the EPS of the company stood at ₹2.41 as on March 31, 2022 compared to the previous year ended on March 31, 2021 which was ₹0.68, up by 254.41%.
