Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd has announced the business update for the fourth quarter (“Q4FY22”) and financial year (“FY 2022”) ended March 31, 2022.
Total Operating Revenue (tipping revenue from C&T, Mechanical Power Sweeping and Waste Processing) for Q4FY22 has improved by approximately 20.9% YoY (including various escalations and revenues from fixed shifts/trips/households fees).
For FY2022, the core operating revenue is up 31.4%, benefitting from the scaling up of operations at Varanasi, Jhansi and Noida. The year also saw business activity revival as compared to a year impacted by COVID-related business shutdown.
Total tonnage handled by the Collection & Transportation Business (excluding those projects with fixed shifts/trips/households) reported around 7.4% YOY growth, and total waste processed by the Company has remained stable.
The Company has completed FY 2022 on a strong note reporting a 19.9% YOY increase in tonnage handled, to 1.53 million tons at its Collection & Transportation business, while total tonnage processed at its Processing divisions stood at 2.30 million tons, an increase of 11.9% YOY.
Total compost sales for FY 2022 stood at 14,241 tons as compared to 11,169 tons in FY 2021, an increase of 27.5% YOY.
